Usually you'll hear back within a business day. If your intake is marked critical (site down, payment broken, losing revenue live) we're back within an hour, 24/7. The written triage itself lands within 48–72 hours — we spend real time in your admin before we send it.
Yes — if the retainer math makes sense. Under about $10k/mo revenue, a retainer often doesn't pencil out and we'll say so on the intake. We'll usually point you at what to do yourself or a smaller vendor. We'd rather not sign a bad-fit client.
Sometimes, yes — usually a bounded custom build or migration. Our default is monthly retainer because that's where accountability lives. If you're just testing us out, most clients start on Standby for a month.
Month to month. Cancel any month, no fee. If we're not earning the retainer, ending it should be one email. That's the whole point.
A named engineer on your account, plus specialists as needed (paid media, AI, design). Nothing is offshored to a partner agency. Nothing is triaged by a BDR who read your form. You'll know who's on your account after week one.
We'll happily work alongside them. Roughly a third of clients keep an existing agency for one lane (usually paid or SEO) and use us for the rest. On intake we'll suggest the split we think makes sense.
Yes, on request. Our standard is mutual NDA before the first triage — ours is a one-pager. If you have your own, we'll usually just sign it.
